How can I get new product launch updates?

The best way to stay in the know is to sign up for our newsletter. In it we share production updates, behind the scenes stories and more. 

Is there a warranty?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a no questions asked 1 year warranty on all components. Actually, we'd love to hear what kind of hairy situation you got yourself into! But seriously, if for any reason your pack isn't performing up to expectations, drop us a line at abramelinoffice@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE worldwide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may take 1-4 weeks from the time of purchase to shipping your order worldwide unless is specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 5-10 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description too.

How does shipping work?

ZEOWO works with global merchants and handmade artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most awesome products. This means that your order is shipped from all over the world.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. If you buy different items it is probably you will receive more than one package.

Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately. And yes, we do provide a tracking number.

How do I track my order? 

After your order has been shipped, an "A shipment from order #Bxxxxx is on the way" email will be sent to your sign up email. From this email, click/tap the blue button "View your order", it will automatically direct to your order's status page where you can track your order.

From here, just simply click/tap on the tracking code provided at that page to check your order's shipping status.

When do I see my order's tracking history? 

You can see your order's tracking history within 2-5 days after receiving your tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases, the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us.

Why is my shipment status unchanged? 

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays due to weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information is shown after your order has started shipping.

How can I return an item?

Can I pay even if I don't have a credit card?

Yes, you can. If you want to pay via bank account (especially in Europe) just send us a message on Instagram and we will provide you with our banc account information (IBAN and so on).

How long will it take for you to reply to my message?

We do our best to respond to inquiries within 1-3 hours, but please allow up to 24 hrs -- especially on weekends or holidays.
